Privacy notice

This notice covers the Medtech Bookings website and the form on our book a call page. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. We collect nothing else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use those details to answer your request. That means replying to you, preparing the buyer map you asked for, and offering a call if you want one. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply stop at any point, we stop contacting you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we hold them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are not sold, rented or traded to anyone. They are seen only by the people at Medtech Bookings who handle your request and by the service that hosts this site and receives the form.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit, and nothing on these pages follows you to other sites. The only outside resource the pages load is a typeface.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sharon.todd@medtechbookings.co, or send the request through the contact form. We will confirm once it is done.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
